The Blog Herald writes about Add a Free & Useful Toolbar to Your Blog which is about the Wibiya toolbar.
It’s a new tool, Wibiya is currently by invitation only, but it looks really interesting. You can see the Wibiya toolbar in action at Jobacle, see bottom of screen. I have signed up and look forward to an invite, it will be interesting to see it in action on this blog.

I tested it but did not found it useful enough to keep it.
