At Twitter I got a message about The frugal WordPress Theme, “The Cleanest WordPress Theme Around”. It looks great and is free, a very interesting combination.
In What Is The frugal WordPress Theme? Eric Hamm writes that:
When I designed the frugal WordPress theme I was determined to make it as clean and simple as possible. From the look of its pages to the back-end code, I wanted to create the most minimalist WordPress theme that still maintained the truly important, up-to-date features available.
I didn’t want to sacrifice solid features for simplicity sake, but I also wanted to ensure that the user of the frugal theme was getting the lightest, cleanest WordPress theme to frame their precious content.
I have downloaded the theme, it is available in two versions, and will take a closer look at it.

I have bought the Headway Premium WordPress Theme and that will be used on my blogs and sites.
